Caldwell Woods Poetree

6350 W Devon, Chicago. The Niles Public Library presents some of the best tree poems written by many different poets. Read your favorites, or write your own poem about trees and read it at their open mike. Activities for younger children will also be available. This event is part of Cook County’s Largest Tree Hug. March with the Niles Public Library in the Village of Niles 4th of July Parade

Every marcher who registers by Wednesday, June 17 gets a free t-shirt! Bring your wagon, trike or bike! Children must be accompanied by a grownup (who also gets a t-shirt). Meet at the Notre Dame High School parking lot between 8:15-8:45am.
