Building Communities

CMAP is developing the Maine-Northfield Unincorporated Area Plan. The project is designed to create a community plan in the unincorporated areas of: Glenview, Niles, Des Plaines, Park Ridge, and Morton Grove. Despite having approximately 36,000 residents, the area has never been the focus of a true comprehensive plan. View the Plan Here.
