Join us on the 4th Monday of each month to create masterpieces at our new Lego Club. No registration necessary. Grades K-8.
Steve Dawson presents the creative process and the craft and art of writing and performing original songs. Using his own songs as examples hell explore inspiration, follow-through, crafting, editing and arranging, as well as the building blocks of all songs: chords, melody, harmony, rhythm and lyrics. Questions will be encouraged. Please bring a notebook and something to write with.
Teens fly solo or join with sidekicks and bring your culinary skills to make splendid summer salads and super power drinks. Prizes will be awarded for originality, taste and colorful presentation.
Drop in for our year-round short program of stories, songs, and rhymes followed by playtime. Ages 0-2 with a grownup.
Dr. Diane Dillon presents a slide-lecture, drawing upon the recent Newberry Library exhibitions Chicago, Europe, and the Great War and American Women Rebuilding France, 1917 - 1924.
Registration Required for this event. My Gym is coming to the Niles Public Library for an active storytime. We'll give your little ones a mental and physical workout. This storytime is brought to you by the Skokie My Gym
