Yoga for Kids: Stretch, Bend, Breathe

Kids ages 4 and up can learn yoga poses and breathing techniques and feel relaxed and energized afterward. No experience needed. Please bring a large bath towel or yoga mat with you and wear comfortable clothes. Parents need to stay in the room with children through grade 2.
