Teacher Loan Request Form

You must have a Teacher Card to make a materials request. Teachers in our service area can request weekly pick-up and delivery of materials. Requests submitted by 5 p.m. Wednesday will be delivered on Friday. For more information, please ask your friendly school liaison librarian or email kidspace@nileslibrary.org.
